Laser Engraving Suspended Due to Coronavirus COVID-19
We are very delighted that you are interested in our laser-engraving service. And it has been one of our most popular features. Unfortunately, due to the complication of the coronavirus outbreak, this service is temporarily suspended until it is safer for our staff to return to work on a daily basis. However, we will still perform corporate orders and very special requests.
The world is currently dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic. San Francisco has enacted a “shelter in place” or stay at home policy for 3 weeks. We aren't sure what will happen as of now. But we want to be sure to keep our team and others safe until there is a solution to this viral madness.
We are not health professionals, so we can't really comment when we will return to "normal".
In the meantime:
- You can continue to place orders online to be made & shipped as normal (as fast as tomorrow. But it will come from our various locations depending on the safety issue) Some shipments may take slightly longer than usual. There is the option for premium expedited shipments if necessary.
- While we are not currently experiencing operational issues from this, we are looking into alternative plans as a worst-case scenario.
These are uncertain times, and we hope for the world to be safe during these times. Wash your hands, take your vitamins, be well-rested and limited your outside exposure to others. Things will come back to normal soon.
